Here are my quick inspiring tips to lead you into a creative process and design a new intuitive experience!
Make a Local Cheese Board
Find a local cheese you love (I search for raw milk cheese made with vegetable rennet)
Add vegetables of ALL shapes and sizes – raw, roasted, chilled, fermented!
Add fruit (or not if you can’t find any) – definitely add LOCAL HONEY + some of your favorite nuts
There is no complete menu without the GREENS!
