What’s your menu looking like for Easter? What are some local ingredients you can incorporate? What is one new vegetable you can add to your table?

Here are my quick inspiring tips to lead you into a creative process and design a new intuitive experience! 

Make a Local Cheese Board

Find a local cheese you love (I search for raw milk cheese made with vegetable rennet)

Add vegetables of ALL shapes and sizes – raw, roasted, chilled, fermented! 

Add fruit (or not if you can’t find any) – definitely add LOCAL HONEY + some of your favorite nuts 


There is no complete menu without the GREENS! 

Arugula
Spinach
Kale
Collard Greens
Mustard Greens
Dandelion Greens 
Beet Greens
Swiss Chard
Mizuna
