Meal Meditation

One hour to practice. Eating meditation is among the simplest, and mindfulness practices to practice at mealtimes. We will include chanting, blessings, energy work + nutrition practice into the session. A nutritionally complete lunch or snack is included. Experience, strengthen and connect with your meal + nutrition practice.
